Omar saved us!!! EV vehicle ran out of charge in Elmsdale at midnight (the charger we went to was broken - next one was too far for our range). NST was the only company that answered our call and was willing to send a truck. Omar was so friendly and accommodating and got us to a fast charger so we could continue on our way. Such wonderful wonderful service!!! My mother and I were stuck on the 102 trying to go home all the way to MONCTON. The engine ran hot all of a sudden in bumper to bumper traffic and we were so blessed to be picked up within 15 minutes. This was in the evening and all the mechanics were closed we had no idea what to do and were stranded in Halifax. Omar went above and beyond and helped us out and even was able to recommend a mechanic last minute to fix something minor on the spot. We were able to go home the same night. A wonderful mechanic from WALID Auto Repair met us right away. He diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. Best service I’ve ever had regarding a towing. Thank you so so much Omar!!
